A 275°F e con soli due ore di cottura il risultato sembra davvero centrato. Concordo sul fatto che la presentazione del crown roast sia spettacolare, ma per il rapporto qualità/prezzo probabilmente un bel rack cotto disteso rende quasi altrettanto bene.calcolo codice fiscale
